No — your voucher secures your nights at our best rate, but you’ll choose your exact dates once we open our private Founding Members booking portal (estimated mid-2026).
2. How long is my voucher valid?
Your voucher is valid for three years from the date of our grand opening, giving you ample time to plan your perfect stay.
3. What’s included in the voucher?
Each voucher includes:

4. Can I buy more than one voucher?
Yes — many of our Founding Members are purchasing additional nights as gifts or to extend their own future stays. You’re welcome to select multiple packages.
5. Are vouchers refundable?
Vouchers are non-refundable, but they are fully transferable. If your plans change, you may gift or transfer your stay to another guest by notifying our team.
That said, in the unlikely event that The Ashana is unable to open or the project is permanently discontinued, we will of course honour a full refund. Your trust means everything to us, and we are committed to holding it with care.
6. What will the rooms actually look like?
The images shared are renderings — visual interpretations of our architectural and design vision. While the spirit and essence will remain, final furnishings and finishes may differ. We promise, the reality will be even more enchanting.
7. When exactly will Ashana open?
Our anticipated opening is December 2026, though we are still finalizing construction timelines. We will keep you informed, and as soon as an exact date is confirmed, you’ll receive early access to book your stay — long before the public.
